Promoter: Astron Technology Pty Ltd (herein “Astrontech”) (ABN 49 088 659 821)
Level 11, 23 – 25 O’Connell Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia

  1. “Eligible Entrant” must be a current HP PC, Poly or print customer with Astrontech, aged 18 years or over. Entry is limited to one post per “Eligible Entrant” as the prize will only be awarded once. Entrants must be able to physically attend and play the simulator to be eligible to win the prize.
  2. Employees, contractors and representatives of the promoter Astron Technology Pty Ltd (“Astrontech”), their families, HP representatives or any affiliated distributors are not eligible to win the prize.
  3. The competition starts on 11th August 2025 and closes on 27th August 2025.
  4. To enter, post a video or photo on LinkedIn of yourself racing in the simulator with #RacewithAstrontechHP and tag @Astron Technology.
  5. Astrontech may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms and conditions.
  6. The prize is two F1® tickets to the 2026 Grand Prix in Melbourne or tickets of similar value pending ticket release. The prize value is $2,000.00 in total. If the F1® event is cancelled in 2026, Astrontech will provide the winner with tickets to another sporting event of similar value.
  7. The winner is determined based on skill – the fastest lap time achieved on the simulator.
  8. If three reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner have been made within 48 hours following the competition end date and the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
  9. Winner will be announced during the networking event on Wednesday 27th August at Astrontech office – Level 11, 23 – 25 O’Connell Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia between 4-7pm. The winner must physically attend and be present at this event to win the prize.
  10. In the event that the entrant with the fastest lap time is not present at the networking event on Wednesday 27th August 2025 when the winner is announced, Astrontech reserves the right to award the prize to the entrant with the next fastest qualifying time who is physically present at the event, provided such entrant has completed a lap on the simulator and meets all other eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions.
  11. The winner consents to Astrontech using their image on social media for an unlimited period without payment to promote the outcome of this competition, and any of Astrontech’s products or services.
  12. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  13. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemable for cash.
  14. Prize value is correct at time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
  15. Entrant data will be collected on the Astrontech website through registration form submission. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  16. Astrontech is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  17. In the event of any dispute, Astrontech’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Astrontech can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  18. Astrontech reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
