Desktop Support Engineer

Role:                     Level 2 - Desktop Support Engineer

Location:               Lavadia/Grafton NSW

Salary:                   Dependent on experience.

Experience:          Previous experience is a level 2 technical support role is essential.  Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation and demonstrate;  initiative, attention to detail,  problem solving ability and good communication skills.


1. Support with the provision of day-to-day technical support (Level 2) in diagnosing and

resolving sever-related issues and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and

communication infrastructure.


2. Provide support to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) helpdesk as required.


3. Actively monitor the efficiency and performance of equipment, software and business



4. Support and deliver ICT related projects alongside with Regional Manager – Information Technology.


5. Develop and maintain necessary documentation for ICT infrastructure in discussion with

Regional Manager – Information Technology.


6. Establish good working relationships with external ICT professionals/contractors to assist

with the ongoing ICT projects and systems maintenance.


7. Recommend solutions to improve the use of information technology within the organisation.


8. Comply with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.


9. Other relevant duties as required.
